Shipping & Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. Products are shipped directly from our production and despatch Headquarters in the UK.
Delivery will take 1-4 weeks. In most instances your order will be received within 5 days. Please leave at least 10 days before querying your order. If you do have a query or require special arrangements please contact unclfred@dirt-box.com
Shipping is free to UK mainland customers and automatically calculated via Royal Mail's international signed for service for international customers.
Privacy & Security
Our site is completely safe and secure using industry-leading PayPal™ technology enabling you to shop with complete confidence.
Your information will not be stored or passed on to any third parties.
Delivery Information and Disclamier
All deliveries are sent from our production HQ in the UK using Royal Mail.
dirt box cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges or duty imposed during the shipping of your order. You are required to take delivery of the goods ordered. If you fail to make arrangements with the courier engaged to deliver the goods to you within 14 days of the first attempt to deliver goods, then we may at our discretion store and insure the goods ordered at your cost until delivery can take place or the goods can be returned at your cost to us. In either event, we reserve the right to offset any of these costs or any consequential costs reasonably incurred by dirt box as a first charge against any monies we have received from you in respect of the order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by returning your acknowledgment email and stating your intention to cancel the order. If your order has already been despatched please return the order to the address on the packing slip. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.
Payment and Returns
We accept payment by PayPal™ or via Bank Transfer, we do not accept cash or cheques as payment online. Shortly after placing your order an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from dirt box.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and dirt box will take place when your order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out above.
We will take payment for your goods on submission of your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be but is not exclusive to one of the following reasons: * The product you ordered being out of stock - see Product Availability * Non-authorisation of payment* The identification of a pricing or product description error * Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions"
Intellectual Property Rights - The designs and content rights of this website are owned by dirt box. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without explicit consent. All trademarks, product designs and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
We can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees will be via the checkout. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made - we will use all reasonable endeavour to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. We cannot guarantee the availability of all goods displayed on the website.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Product Availablitity
Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.
Product representation - We take every care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. However we are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an exact representation of the actual items.
International Duties
International orders can be subject to customs fees charged by the destination country. We have no control over amounts charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of dirt box. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed through import duty upon your order.
